Claude Monet loved to paint water lilies. So of course I too wanted to express myself painting these wonderful things of life. My passion is to paint water for the way that I see it. What's fascinating about Impressionism is, the colors and brush strokes all come together when you stand about 10 feet away from the painting. But the minute you step closer you'll notice the broken color everywhere. You won't even realize what shape it is trying to take. This painting has a very great feeling of serenity and calmness. The colors are very vibrant which makes the painting come alive. Your eyes will never stop wandering so it is hard to escape from this beautiful scene.
